Jack graduated from Sutherland Chan in 2015 with a Diploma of Massage Therapy (Dip.MT). Jack also has an Honours Bachelor of Science Kinesiology (H.B.Sc.Kin) from McMaster University. During his undergrad, Jack worked as an intern strength and conditioning coach and student therapist with the Men’s Varsity Volleyball and Basketball teams. Upon graduation he obtained his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) designation.

Jack’s focus is to help others with their own physical health concerns, allowing his clients to lead fuller, healthier lives. He performs the optimal treatments according to each of his patients’ specific needs. Jack uses his strength and conditioning background and assessment skills in combination with massage therapy to help everyone from weekend warriors to competitive athletes get back to moving and feeling well with a combination of soft tissue and rehabilitation exercises.

In his free time Jack enjoys running, cycling and weightlifting.
